Pricing details

Comae Stardust is charged based on the memory image size, not based on a subscription service or device. This customer friendly pricing allows you to pay as you go and not in advance of demand.


Comae Stardust is offered in two tiers: free and paid. The free tier has access to the memory incident response toolkit. The paid tier has access to the analysis features, either as a pay-as-you-go or as a subscription model.

Retention charges

An additional retention fee of $0.25 per GB per month is charged to store the data for longer than a month overages are charged.


Support & SLA

  • We provide technical support for all Comae services released to general availability, including Stardust, through Comae support, starting at $1,000 per month. Billing and subscription management support is provided at no cost.
  • No SLA is provided for the free tier.
